Before the appointment, your ProxiKin coordinator confirms the booking, organises the patient file with recent lab reports, the complete medication list, previous specialist notes, and insurance details. They check which pre-appointment tests are needed and arrange them if time permits. During the appointment, they are in the room, taking detailed notes and asking the right follow-up questions. They photograph the prescription before leaving. Within one hour of the visit, you receive a structured WhatsApp message covering the diagnosis, any medication changes, instructions, and the next follow-up date — with the prescription photo attached.
The monthly package is Rs. 20,000 for Founder's Circle families — the regular price is Rs. 25,000. It includes 4 weekly in-home visits and 2 outpatient doctor accompaniments per month with full pre-visit preparation, in-visit presence, and a family update within 1 hour. The Home Safety Assessment (Rs. 1,000 Founder's Circle price, regular Rs. 5,000) is included and credited toward your first month. Additional doctor visits beyond the 2 monthly included are available at Rs. 2,000 per visit.

Kin, because the care that actually works is the attentive, invested care that family gives. Your coordinator is the person who bridges that distance — not as a hired hand, but as a trusted presence who knows your parent by name, knows their history, and acts with the same urgency you would.
Additional visits beyond the 2 included in your monthly package are available at Rs. 2,000 per visit for enrolled families. Your coordinator will always be able to accommodate an urgent visit. For families with chronic conditions requiring 3–4 monthly appointments, we will work out a schedule that fits from the start.
Emergency hospitalisation accompaniment — being physically present at admission, staying until the elder is settled, and sending real-time updates — is available to all enrolled families at Rs. 2,000 per event. Your coordinator will respond as quickly as possible. For families who want guaranteed 24/7 emergency coverage as a standing commitment, we will be offering this as a premium addition in the next phase of the service.
Absolutely — in fact, the Home Safety Assessment is designed to be that first meeting. Your coordinator visits the home, meets your parents, and delivers the report. By the time you receive the assessment findings, you have already seen how your coordinator works. You can decide whether to proceed to the monthly package based on that direct experience.

Yes. When a coordinator is visiting two members of the same household, a household discount applies: 50% off the second package. For a couple where both need accompaniment, the combined monthly rate is Rs. 30,000 Founder's Circle (Rs. 37,500 regular) instead of Rs. 40,000.
