ProxiKin™. We provide elder care coordination services in India through our mobile application.
We collect information you provide directly, including: elder profile details (name, age, health history, medications), home safety assessment responses and photos, fall risk and frailty assessment results, coordinator visit records, and emergency contact information.
Data is used solely to deliver ProxiKin™ care coordination services, generate safety reports, and support communication between coordinators and NRI families. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL). All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.
Only the assigned ProxiKin coordinator, the family members linked to the account, and authorised ProxiKin staff can access your family's data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at help@proxikin.com.
This app is not intended for use by or directed at individuals under 18.
We will notify you of material changes to this policy via the app.
